1. Executive Quality Commitment
Zentri Axiom Pvt. Ltd. is committed to absolute excellence, constructability, accuracy, and timely delivery across all architectural design, interior architecture, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) deliverables. Our primary objective is to eliminate field clashes, minimize material wastage, ensure structural and MEP integrity, and deliver digital assets that serve our clients seamlessly from initial concept through pre-construction, fabrication, and asset lifecycle management.
---
2. Quality Objectives
1. Dimensional Precision: Maintain strict geometric tolerances across all digital models. For Laser Scan to BIM conversions, the maximum allowable deviation from point-cloud datasets to parametric elements shall not exceed 0.25 inches (6.35 mm).
2. Clash Elimination: Guarantee zero unresolved "Hard Clashes" (geometry interpenetrations) and documented resolution of "Soft/Clearance Clashes" (insulation, maintenance access, and code-mandated clearances) prior to GFC (Good for Construction) sign-off.
3. Information Integrity: Ensure 100% parameter completeness at every Level of Development (LOD 100 to LOD 500) according to the BIMForum Level of Development Specification and ISO 19650 standards.
4. Drawing Coordination: Guarantee absolute synchronization between 3D model geometry and 2D extracted contract documents (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details), eliminating manual drafting discrepancies.
---
3. QA/QC Process Gate Framework
Zentri Axiom operates a mandatory 5-stage Quality Gate system for every client engagement:
[ Gate 01: Input Validation ] ──> [ Gate 02: Baseline Modeling ] ──> [ Gate 03: Interdisciplinary Clash ]
│
[ Gate 05: Handover & Archive ] <── [ Gate 04: GFC & Shop Documentation ] <────────┘
Gate 01: Input Data Verification & Project Execution Plan (BEP)
- Verify validity, datum origins, orientation, units, and coordinate systems of all client inputs (Architectural sketches, Laser Scans `.rcp/.rcs`, AutoCAD `.dwg`, PDF markups, structural engineer designs).
- Formulate and execute the project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP), agreeing on software versions (e.g., Revit 2022/2024, Navisworks Manage), coordinate origin (Shared Coordinates), and LOD scope.
Gate 02: Baseline Geometry & Family Standardization
- Verify that all custom Revit families (parametric and non-parametric) conform to family template standards, hosting classifications, and clean parameter naming conventions.
- Conduct continuous visual and algorithmic audit of wall junctions, floor slabs, structural grids, and shaft openings.
Gate 03: Multidisciplinary Coordination & Clash Resolution Matrix
- Federate Architectural, Structural, Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) models in Navisworks Manage or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Run automated clash tests categorized by priority:
- Priority 1 (Critical): Structural elements vs. MEP pressure pipes/ductwork; Gravity drainage slope violations.
- Priority 2 (High): Cable trays, bus ducts, and C-Strut support clashes with architectural ceilings and partitions.
- Priority 3 (Medium): Maintenance clearance, door swing clearances, and valve access.
- Publish weekly BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) clash reports and chair coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
Gate 04: Extraction & Constructability Documentation Review
- Audit all sheets for annotation readability, sheet numbering standards, keynotes, revision clouds, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Conduct constructability and site execution reviews to ensure all wall penetrations, sleeve openings, and fabrication tolerances are constructible in field conditions.
Gate 05: As-Built Verification & COBie Asset Data Validation
- Compare as-built laser scan telemetry against final federated models.
- Populate asset parameters (manufacturer, serial number, warranty date, maintenance interval) for COBie and Digital Twin facilities handover.
---
4. Software Licensing, Tool Compliance & Technical Audits
Zentri Axiom maintains genuine, licensed enterprise Autodesk environments:
- Autodesk Revit: Architectural, Structural, and MEP modeling.
- Autodesk Navisworks Manage: High-performance model federation, 4D construction simulation, and clash detection.
- Autodesk Recap Pro: Point cloud laser scan processing, registration, and segmentation.
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360: Real-time cloud worksharing and common data environment (CDE) collaboration.
- Twinmotion / Enscape: Real-time architectural visualization and client design reviews.
Every deliverable is cryptographically signed and archived on encrypted servers with complete audit trails.
---
5. Continuous Improvement & Audit Governance
- Internal Audits: The QA/QC Manager conducts bi-weekly surprise audits on active projects. Any model deviating from the BEP is placed on technical hold until rectified.
- Client Feedback Loop: Post-handover constructability reviews are logged to update internal Revit family libraries and clash rule sets, ensuring continuous optimization.
